Horizontal milling machine operator wanted in Dawson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Dawson County, Montana. You will be based in a CNC machining unit. On a typical shift you will keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control. Requirements: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits.
