What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day On a typical shift you will season and marinate meat on request; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
