Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line You will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare the mise en place before each service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency.
