Vacancy available: we are hiring an auto painter in Columbia County, Oregon. The job is at a dealership paint shop. On the job you will handle: • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss You should have: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale 2+ years on the tools preferred.
