Vertical milling machine operator — Marion County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Marion County, West Virginia. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. Ideal candidate: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift The role involves: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control We offer $29 per hour plus benefits.
