We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Carteret County, North Carolina. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day to day you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. 5+ years on the tools preferred. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
