Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Taliaferro County, Georgia. The job is on a lift modernisation project. Ideal candidate: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways Day-to-day duties: • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits.
