Urgent requirement: we are hiring a membrane applicator in City of Manassas Park, Virginia. The job is on flat roofs and terraces. You should have: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles Day to day you will install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant.
