Join our team: glass fitter (England)

Now hiring: we are hiring a glass fitter in Bedford, England. You will be based in a mirror and glass showroom. Your main tasks: • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris • Measure window and door openings and order glass to size • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames • Replace cracked or broken window panes • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film You should have: • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter • Own basic hand tools an advantage £18 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
