Pipe TIG welder • Haakon County, South Dakota

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Haakon County, South Dakota. You will be based at an automotive body and exhaust shop. The role involves inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer. What we are looking for: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
