Fire and safety officer — Marshall County

Join our team: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Marshall County, Kentucky. The job is at a busy construction site. Day to day you will ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task. What we are looking for: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
