Join our team: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Rock Island County, Illinois. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Can read work instructions and basic measurements The role involves top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position.
