Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Garvin County, Oklahoma. Your main tasks: • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
