Catering cook wanted in Gove County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Gove County, Kansas. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On a typical shift you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
