Great opportunity: we are hiring a hand presser in Monroe County, Alabama. The job is in a busy laundry. Your main tasks: • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press Requirements: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
