Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Shannon County, Missouri. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day On the job you will handle: • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
