Immediate opening: uPVC welding machine operator (Wisconsin)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Chippewa County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. What we are looking for: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits The role involves: • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
