Ideal candidate: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing Your main tasks: • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
