Cake decorator — Gallatin County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Gallatin County, Kentucky. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes On the job you will handle: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Score the top of loaves before baking • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
