Great opportunity: we are hiring a groundskeeper in Tallapoosa County, Alabama. Requirements: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Happy to work outdoors in all weather Your main tasks: • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience.
