Kitchen porter — San Juan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in San Juan County, Utah. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. You will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Rotating shifts.
