Cold store insulation technician — Franklin County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cold store insulation technician in Franklin County, Nebraska. You will work at a cold storage facility. Day to day you will apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $28 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
