Immediate opening: we are hiring a sausage maker in Warren County, New York. The job is in a meat processing plant. You will season and marinate meat on request; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
