Join our team: we are hiring a panel technician in Tippah County, Mississippi. You will be based in a smash repair workshop. Your main tasks: • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair What we are looking for: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $10,750 per project plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
