Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Harnett County, North Carolina. The role involves: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
