Immediate opening: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Ondo East, Ondo State. The job is at a busy machine shop. Your main tasks: • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter Ideal candidate: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Rotating shifts.
