What we are looking for: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Willing to work shifts and overtime Your main tasks: • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding Performance bonus on top of base pay.
