We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Essex County, New York. On the job you will handle: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
