Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in City of Chesapeake, Virginia. You will work on a bridge and flyover project. You should have: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Able to read formwork and structural drawings On the job you will handle: • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour 1+ years on the tools preferred.
