AC installation technician • Chowan County, North Carolina

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an AC installation technician in Chowan County, North Carolina. You will be based at a refrigeration and cooling firm. You should have: • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests On the job you will handle: • Core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping • Clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing • Check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum • Wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
