MIG/MAG welder wanted in Sherman County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Sherman County, Kansas. The job is in a heavy engineering unit. On a typical shift you will control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch. You should have: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Willing to work shifts and overtime Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience.
