Requirements: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes You will carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control.
