Great opportunity: we are hiring a body shop technician in Washington County, Kansas. You will be based in a smash repair workshop. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop On the job you will handle: • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
