Overlocker operator — Kwali

Vacancy available: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Kwali, Federal Capital Territory. You will work in a sampling and tailoring workshop. On a typical shift you will operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go. Requirements: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Full-time, day shift.
