Join our team: we are hiring a double glazing installer in Southeast Fairbanks Census Area, Alaska. You will be based on a construction site. On a typical shift you will install toughened and laminated safety glass; handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; fit double-glazed sealed units into frames; seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead. Ideal candidate: • Driving licence for site-to-site work preferred • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
