Now hiring: we are hiring a captain waiter in Crawford County, Indiana. The job is in a café. Day-to-day duties: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table Requirements: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service 5+ years on the tools preferred.
