Urgent requirement: canteen cook (Alabama)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a canteen cook in Blount County, Alabama. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day to day you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
