Dishwashing attendant • Benton County, Arkansas

Join our team: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Benton County, Arkansas. The job is in a hospital canteen. The role involves scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Six days a week, one day off.
