Shuttering fixer wanted in Iberia Parish

Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Iberia Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at an infrastructure construction site. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing The role involves: • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
