Road roller operator wanted in Coffey County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a road roller operator in Coffey County, Kansas. Day to day you will check for underground cables and services before digging; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment. What we are looking for: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures Full-time, day shift.
