Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Wayne County, Indiana. The job is on a residential tower site. Day-to-day duties: • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
