Fabrication workshop technician — Ramsey County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Ramsey County, Minnesota. You will work at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. Your main tasks: • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame You should have: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience.
