Lorry driver • Perquimans County, North Carolina

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lorry driver in Perquimans County, North Carolina. You will be based in a refrigerated transport fleet. The role involves: • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Confident with manual handling and load securing 3+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
