Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Saint Croix County, Wisconsin. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Day to day you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; season and marinate meat on request; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
