Join our team: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Abadam, Borno State. Day to day you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Part-time with flexible hours.
