Vacancy available: captain waiter (Virginia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a captain waiter in City of Buena Vista, Virginia. You will be based in a quick-service restaurant. On a typical shift you will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Six days a week, one day off.
