Gas meter installer wanted in Grayson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Grayson County, Texas. The job is at a heating and plumbing contractor. Day-to-day duties: • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate Ideal candidate: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Driving licence for travel between sites • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration Rotating shifts.
