Prep cook — Washington County

Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Washington County, Maryland. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Your main tasks: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
