Paint and prep technician • Herefordshire, England

We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Herefordshire, England. On a typical shift you will wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour. What we are looking for: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends.
