You should have: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers On the job you will handle: • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab 2+ years on the tools preferred.
